Shipping & Returns


We aim to send out your order within two working days of receiving your payment, unless the item is not in immediate stock.

We can usually get out of stock items within a day or two, so you won't notice any delay. However, in the rare instances, when we can't get what you want, we will let you know immediately by email and explain your options.

We send most of our orders out by Royal Mail, first-class post. In most cases, for UK customers, you should receive your order the day after we send it. Sometimes it will take an extra day. Deliveries to Europe usually take between 5 and 7 days from the date we send them. Customers outside Europe may need to wait up to 10 days for their items to be delivered. US and Canadian orders are by special carrier and the delivery time is between 7 and 10 days.

You will receive a confirmation of despatch email, as soon as we post your order, so you will know that it is on the way.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a full 12 month return, exchange or refund policy; one of the most flexible you will find anywhere.

If the item you ordered doesn't fit, or it's just not right for you, we will be happy to exchange it for something else or give you a full refund.

If you live in the UK, all you need to do is put it back in the original packaging and follow the instructions on the returns slip which you will find in your parcel

Please put the packing slip in the package as well, so we know it's from you and write a quick note on there to tell us what you want us to do.

If you want a replacement item, please tell us the exact style, size and colour and we will organise to send it to you.  If you would prefer your money back, we will refund the full amount for the returned item to your PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving your return.
